The militants among the locals were banned from resigning the service after their contracts expire, as Dmytro Hutsulyak, Defence Ministry Spokesperson, said at the briefing, 112.ua reports.

“According to Defence Ministry Intelligence Main Administration, the Russian command are taking additional measures to prevent the decrease of the manning of the occupation troops units. In particular, the mercenaries among the locals, who serve in the first Army corps of Russian Armed Forces (there are two enemy’s Army corps in Donbas, - ed.) were banned from resigning the military service after their contracts expire or under health condition,” the message says.

The representatives of the Defence Ministry told that over the past two months a sharp deterioration in supplies quality provided by Russia was noticed.

That is why the occupants are carrying out restricted subsistence support of the separated units with a dramatic decline of provisions’ standards which leads to increase of the cases when the military rob the civilians’ objects (grocery stores, private households and houses).
