Lawyer files application against Putin for bike riding without helmet in annexed Crimea

According to the lawyer, the Russian president commits the offense and the law is the same for everyone

Maksim Chikhunov, a lawyer from Vladivostok, filed the application against Russian President Vladimir Putin as he was riding a bike without a helmet in annexed Crimea, as Sybir.Realii reported.

A lawyer explained that filed the petition because the Russian president committed the offense.

“He committed the offense. He and his entourage. The law is the same for everyone. No double standards,” the advocate added.

The application was filed by the internet-reception to the head of the State Road Traffic Safety head in Sevastopol.

He also asked to prosecute other partakers of the rally. There is no response yet.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin came to annexed Sevastopol by Ural bike and visited bike show of the scandalous motorcycle club Night Wolves. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry condemned this visit.

As we reported the Ukrainian leader had a phone conversation with Vladimir Putin due to the death of four Ukrainian soldiers in Donbas.
