Kremlin tells what Putin discussed during Normandy Four phone negotiations

The Kremlin says that President of Russia Vladimir Putin during today’s Normandy Four phone negotiations outlined “the Russian approach” to all key provisions of Minsk agreement.

“The leaders substantively exchanged opinions on the situation in South-East of Ukraine, taking into account serious flaws in the implementation of the Minsk agreements adopted February 12, 2015. Vladimir Putin stated the “Russian approach” to all key provisions of Minsk agreement in detail,” the Russian President press service informs.

It is also noted that future contacts were agreed upon, including ones at the highest level.

As it was reported earlier, today, July 24, the Normandy Four phone negotiations were held. During the conversation, Macron and Merkel called the claim about creation of Malorossiya inadmissible. President of France Emmanuel Macron also noted dynamics in Normandy Format talks on Ukrainian crisis.
