Russia can change the placement of its military on its territory as it finds appropriate. This was the response of Press Secretary for Russian President Dmitry Peskov to the claims of the Ukraine’s General Staff about three offensive divisions being placed near the Russia-Ukrainian border, according to RIA News.
“First of all, the Russian Federation can change the placement of its military on its territory as it finds appropriate. Secondly, as to the specifics, such questions should be addressed to the Defense Ministry,” Peskov said.
Earlier the Ukraine’s General Staff informed that Russia had placed offensive troops near the border. Motorized infantry divisions are designed to perform a fast offensive.
