"We regularly get a huge amount of information about the militants’ intends to commit terror attacks in different countries of the world, including Russia,” Bortnikov said.
He also noted that the example of the fact that the terrorists became more active are the resonant terror attacks in Great Britain, Russia, Sweden and Egypt.
Aleksandr Bortnikov added that migrant workers form the CIS make up the foundation of the terrorist groups on the territory of Russia.
“After these people arrive into the Russian Federation, they actively recruit migrants to perform the terror attacks in Russia,” he added. According to him, some part of militants who arrived in Russia trained and participated in hostilities in Syria and Iraq.
