‘The fifth complaint was filed by Yulia Bogdanova’, the representative of the court reported. Bogdanova is the director general of the company that owns the shopping mall.
Earlier the appeals of Nadezhda Suddenyuk, the lessee of the mall, Ihor Polozinenko and Aleksandr Nikitin, the head and the worker of System Integrator System that served the fire alarm of the shopping mall and Sergey Antyushyn, the security guard of the mall who does not plead guilty were submitted and accepted.
It was also noted that Tanzilia Komkova, the Head of Inspection of State Building Control of Kemerovo region and Georgy Sobolev, the technical director did not appeal against the decision on their arrest.
As it was reported earlier, the shopping mall caught fire in the Russian city of Kemerovo on March 25. According to the Emergency Service, the fire occurred on the fourth floor where the cinema and children’s playgrounds were situated. The Investigative Committee of Russia considers two version of the tragedy: short circuit or use of the open fire.
According to the last data, 64 people died. It was noted that 41 of them are children. As at March 28, 27 bodies were identified.
