An explosion, which thundered in Saint Petersburg on April 3, left at least ten people injured. The blast occurred at Sennaya Square station, in the downtown city.
The witnesses say that the blast took place inside one of the wagon cars; there are fatalities.
The Sennaya Square and the adjacent stations are closed. The traffic along the entire subway line has ceased, as the police and pyrotechnic crews check other stations and their vicinities for possible traces of other explosive devices.
