In Russia, Monday, December 26, was announced a national day of mourning for those killed in the crash of Tu-154 in the Black Sea. This was announced to journalists by President Vladimir Putin, "Interfax" reports.

Putin said that the causes of the crash of the Tu-154 will be thoroughly investigated.

"Thorough investigation of the causes of the crash will be carried out and everything will be done to support the families of the victims," the president said.

"The government instructed to create a commission, headed by the Minister of Transport," the head of state added.

As it was reported, 84 passengers and 8 crew members died in a Russian plane crash near Sochi.
