Cybersecurity experts from the ThreatConnect company, investigating the recent hacking of electronic voter bases in two US states, came to the conclusion that one of the IP-addresses, used by hackers was common during attacks in Ukraine, Turkey and Germany. They were talking about the address 5.149.249.172.
"Voice of America" with reference to Politico reported that in TreatConnect, on the basis of the analysis, said that hackers attack on the company "has all the features typical of the Russian way of implementation of such crimes."
