Crimea will 'never return to Ukraine' - as Russian president Vladimir Putin put it in his promotion video, released shortly before the upcoming presidential election.

'Are you out of your mind? There are no such conditions, and there never will be', he said, adding that it's 'best not to argue' with him.

The documentary directed by Andrei Kondrashov, the press secretary of Putin's campaign office, was released on Sunday and spread via Russian social networks. The two-hour-long film is based on Kondrashov's interviews with the Russian leader.

It's already the second film about Putin this week; on March 7, famous Russian anchorman and propagandist Vladimir Solovyev released his own film called 'World Order 2018'.

As it is known, the Russian presidential election will be held on March 18, 2018. The Russian Central Election Committee registered eight candidates, including the incumbent leader Vladimir Putin, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Vladimir Zhirinovsky, head of Yabloko ('Apple') Party Grigoriy Yavlinski and famous blogger Kseniya Sobchak.
