American hacker who calls himself The Jester, hacked website of the Foreign Ministry of Russia and left a warning. It is reported by CNN.
The hacker told reporters that in such a way he wanted to respond to large-scale cyber attack, due to which some of the US sites did not work. He is sure that attacks were conducted by Russian representatives.
According to the publication, hacker The Jester left on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the following text:
"Comrades! We interrupt regular scheduled Russian Foreign Affairs Website programming to bring you the following important message," he wrote. "Knock it off. You may be able to push around nations around you, but this is America. Nobody is impressed."
At the same time Russia did not report on cyber attacks on the MFA site, and on the website there are no formal evidence of hacking.
