On Tuesday, September 22, Russian oppositionist Alexei Navalny was discharged from the hospital of the German Charité clinic. This was reported on the clinic's website.
In turn, Berlin doctors said they did not rule out a complete recovery of Navalny.
"Alexei Navalny was treated at Charite for 32 days, including 24 days spent in intensive care. Given his current condition, doctors believe that a full recovery is possible. However, it is too early to assess the potential long-term consequences of his severe poisoning," the statement said.
As we reported earlier, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry calls upon the international community to continue putting pressure on Russia over the illegal use of the neuro-paralytic substance from the Novichok group.
"Given the high probability of the Russian Federation's involvement in the poisoning of Alexei Navalny, Ukraine calls on the international community to continue applying coordinated pressure on Russia in order for it to stop threatening world security and violating international law by showcasing aggression against its own citizens and other states," reads the message.
