President Volodymyr Zelensky offers to make control of the decision-making process in Ukraine more transparent. In his words, when it comes to public control of laws and making decisions, Ukraine should become a country in the smartphone.

'Guys, we've got to do it, we won't be able to cope without you, and it's time to do it', the head of the state said while visiting IForum event in Kyiv and talking to his supporters.

'[We offer] an implementation of four following levels: the overall information about the state - level one; communication with the state - level two; transaction witt the state - level three; and, a very important stage, involvement in managing the country - level four', he said.

'How cool it would be to go to work and get the updates - not just the news or the weather forecast; you have a real chance to keep the track what kind of bills are submitted. You can amend them. You can decide, who of these dudes - excuse my choice of word - who of these people can be chosen, who of these can be recalled; you can control what kind of petitions people file or how you can contribute to this or that draft bill... So, I really dream of this country in the smartphone (...), Zelensky said.
