President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he would like to speak about specific dates of ending the war in the Donbas at the Normandy Summit. The President of Ukraine said this during a briefing with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, which was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine TV Channel.
"Every day we can talk about the ending of the war in Donbas, the return of our territories. But we can not just talk about it, we need to agree on the return of our territories," Zelensky said.
According to the president, he will raise the issue of "de-occupation of Donbas with more or less specific dates".
As we reported earlier, the Czech Republic appreciates Ukraine's steps in order to set summit in Normandy format and expects it to lead to concrete results, not just declarations, Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš said this during a briefing with Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, Interfax informed.
"We do not see any other possibility of further development of the situation than the settlement of the situation and the restoration of sovereignty in a peaceful way," Babiš said.
The head of the Czech government also noted that the Czech Republic considers the annexation of Crimea illegal and condemns it.
