According to the official, he still hasn't had a chance to discuss it with Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor.
Earlier on Monday, Merkel claimed that Minsk agreements are being fulfilled too slow.
Prior to that, Zelensky met with the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The president was particularly interested in such a reform as de-oligarchization.
