Zelensky to submit on non-personal voting of MPs soon

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will submit the draft law on the criminal responsibility for the non-personal voting to the Verkhovna Rada soon as RBK-Ukraine reported citing Ruslan Stefanchuk, the Representative of the President in the Parliament.

“So far, I can guarantee that soon the president will submit the bill, which provides the criminal responsibility for the non-personal voting,” Stefanchuk voted.

According to him, the system of the voting in the Verkhovna Rada has exhausted its resource in 2012. “Seven years we have an uncertified system of voting”, he added.

Earlier Stefanchuk that the team of President Zelensky prepares draft law on the responsibility of the MPs for voting for other lawmakers and truancy.

Besides, Stefanchuk reported that Zelensky submitted the draft law on impeachment to the consideration. Later it was registered in the Verkhovna Rada.
