In June 2018, the law on the Supreme Anti-Corruption court came into force; as well as the formal law on the creation of the Anti-Corruption Court. According to the document, the Supreme Anti-Corruption should be created up to June 14, 2019; at least 35 anti-corruption judges should be selected; 10 of them should be the representatives of the appeal chamber.
On May 7, the judges panned elected Olena Tanasevych as Head of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court. She promised she will do everything to make the work of the Anti-Corruption Court successful.
