The law defines the order of calculation of the green tariff for all household solar plants, regardless of locations and the power output. It lets the consumers set the household plants with the output up to 30 kW.

In April, the Ukrainian Parliament passed the law on imposing the public sale on sharing the quotes of support of green energy producers. One of the amendments foresaw the order of calculation of the green tariff for the plants with the output up to 50 KW. But the owners of ground-based solar plants had no right to plug in their plants using the green tariff.

In July, the corrections were made, and the MPS passed them.
