The document cancels the norm which allows donating blood only according to the registration of residence. The foreigners who live in Ukraine and want to help the Ukrainian blood system will also be able to become donors.

It also brings the safety and quality of donor blood and blood components in line with the requirements of European regulation.

As we reported earlier, on September 14, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the bill № 3615-1 on the implementation of electronic retail trade of medicines in the second reading.

The document establishes a list of basic requirements for distance trade of medicines in order to implement them in national legislation and adapt the regulation of this process in accordance with the EU legislation.
