In Kryvyi Rih, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with the mothers of dead Ukrainian defenders, veterans of Donbas war, and participants of the Invictus Kryvbas project. This was reported by the president’s press service.
Zelensky stressed that the integration of war participants into a peaceful life and the social environment one of the most important tasks.
The head of the state was also asked to help support the bill on the status of prisoners and missing persons - to submit a document to parliament on behalf of the president as urgent.
"I am ready to support this bill," Zelensky stated.
As we reported earlier, yesterday, on August 27, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo held a telephone conversation.
Zelensky promised not to allow Ukraine's interference in the American elections.
"The President noted that he would not allow any interference of Ukraine in the American electoral process, and any attempts by individual politicians to make certain statements have a clearly pronounced provocative trace of the joint opponents of Ukraine and the United States," reads the message.
