Zelensky presents new head of Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky presented Head of Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko as 112 Ukraine reported.

Zelensky stated that he is going to sign the order on appointment of Kyrylenko as the Head of Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration. It is unknown when the official order will be published.

“I want to present Pavlo Kyrylenko. Please welcome. It is written Pavlo Oleksandrovych, so I congratulate you. Don’t disappointment me,” Zelensky said.

Today Ukraine’s president signed the order on appointment of Kyrylenko as the Head of Donetsk Regional Military-Civilian Administration.

Pavlo Kyrylenko is a justice Lieutenant Colonel, military prosecutor of Uzhhorod Western region (from September 2017). He graduated from the National Law Academy named after Yaroslav Mudry in 2008. He worked in the prosecutor’s offices of Donetsk region, Crimea and Prosecutor General’s Office.

As it was reported, on May 30, Ukraine’s Parliament registered three presidential draft judgments on the dismissal of Defense Minister, head of Security Service, and Foreign Minister.

On June 6, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine refused to dismiss Foreign Minister Pavlo KlimkinDefense Minister Stepan Poltorak, and Head of Security Service Vasyl Hrytsak.

Later Zelensky appealed once more to the Verkhovna Rada with the urge to dismiss Klimkin and appoint Prystaiko at the post of the Foreign Minister of Ukraine.
