President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky believes that this year’s EU-Ukraine summit showed that our country is interesting, promising, and responsible, that it is not afraid of challenges, and that it is confidently moving towards full membership in the European Union. Zelensky wrote about this on his Facebook page.
"You know, it was a really good summit. Everything is clear, with great mutual respect and interest. Because we are interesting. Promising. Responsible. We are not afraid of any challenges. And we know how to keep our word," he stated.
Zelensky added that Ukraine would also receive "industrial visa-free travel", which would provide even more opportunities for exports, i.e. more markets, competitive opportunities, and jobs. The relevant expert mission has already started working.
As we reported earlier, the Ukraine-EU summit took place on October 6. It was the first bilateral EU summit with a partner country, which took place in Brussels in the traditional "live" format since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
