Zelensky pardons the persons who may be released and exchanged, - Lawyer

According to Rybin, one of the Russian prisoners is not delivered to the collection point

Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky pardoned the persons who are being negotiated concerning the captives exchange between Ukraine and Russia. Valentyn Rybin reported that on his Facebook page.

"As of today, September 6... there are almost all in the collection point of the prisoners participating in the exchange on the pre-agreed list. The Ukrainian side taking into consideration that people who are delivered to the collection points are those who included on presidential pardoning decree has implemented almost all its obligations reached during the negotiations," Rybin said.

However, according to the lawyer, there is one Russian detainee who is not delivered to the collection point yet.

Earlier, Russian Interfax News Agency reported that the suggested date of the prisoners exchange between Russia and Ukraine was September 7, referring to its own "informed source". 

According to the source, Moscow and Kyiv agreed on the exchange "35 on 35", but the formula can be changed and negotiations will be held up to that date.
