President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko turned to his Ukrainian colleague Volodymyr Zelensky and urged him to "learn to act diplomatically". He said so after the briefing with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
"It's time for Zelensky to learn to act diplomatically, on top of everything else", he said.
The Belarusian leader also claimed that Kyiv's offer to change the venue of Minsk talks "marks the intention to bury Minsk agreements".
Recently, Russian president Vladimir Putin replied to the offer of his Ukrainian counterpart to meet in Donbas.
"If he wants to discuss issues related to Donbas, he should meet with leaders of DNR and LNR first (DNR,LNR - abbreviations for self-proclaimed "people's republics" in eastern Ukraine, - 112 International), and then with teh Russian leader. But if he wants to discuss bilateral relations, he's welcome in Moscow at any convenient time", Putin said.
He added that Ukraine made a lot of steps that destroyed the relations of the two countries. However, the Russian president also said he would welcome restoration of these relations.
