Ukraine's president Zelensky met with Canadian Foreign Minister Christine Freeland. The two officials met in Toronto, where the Ukrainian statesman came with a working visit.
Earlier, we reported that president Zelensky arrived in Canada. He is going to stay in Toronto until July 3. According to his office, he met with the state leaders, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Foreign Minister Christine Freeland.
Zelensky is also supposed to join the session of the international conference for supporting reforms in Ukraine. Besides, he is about to meet the Ukrainian diaspora representatives.
On July 1, the head of the Ukrainian state congratulated Canadians on the national holiday, the Canada Day, and thanked this country's government for support of Ukraine.
