President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky told whether he would initiate presidential elections earlier than the parliamentary ones. He made the statement during the press conference.

Zelensky said he did not rule out the appeal of his deputies to the Constitutional Court to examine whether it would be legal to change the order of elections.

According to the law operating today, the next parliamentary elections have to pass first, and only then the presidential elections are to take place. But if the Servant of the People does not pass (judging by the rating), Zelensky will have less chances to become the president.

As we reported, the first big press conference of President Volodymyr Zelensky took place on October 10, 2019 at Kyiv Food Market. Then, the president held a press marathon that lasted 14 hours.

A year later, on May 20, 2021, Zelensky's second major press conference dedicated to the two years of his presidency took place.

Today the President gives the third big press conference, which is called "30 questions to the President of Ukraine". It is dedicated to the halfway point of Zelensky's presidency.
