"I have already become his verdict. He just does not want to understand what happened. He did a lot, I think, very serious, very bad things when he was president of Ukraine. We see only superficially everything that was done, for what, for whom. It happened to them every day. It is horrible. I do not want to talk about it. That is why I'm a real sentence for him when he went to the presidency, that's all," Zelensky said.
Zelensky also added that Poroshenko came to him to negotiate: “but he came. This person does not come. I am very happy. It is easier for me to live and work. They all want to agree with me. There is such a thing in Ukrainian politics, we must agree. I am a person who cannot do that by nature. That is right, I don't think they were lucky.”
He said that Zelensky would be a verdict for Poroshenko during a debate at the Olympic NSC in 2019. Then the incumbent president told Poroshenko that he was not his opponent, but rather a sentence to his presidency in 2014.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council against the oligarchs.
