President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has no scheduled meeting with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin in Israel as Interfax-Ukraine reported citing the President’s Office.

“The meeting with the president of Russia, who will also participate in the Holocaust Forum, is not planned yet. If the communication within the sidelines takes place, the president of Ukraine plans to discuss only issues of further release of prisoners,” the message said.

Earlier, Editor-In-Chief of Echo of Moscow radio station Aleksei Venediktov reported that the presidents of Ukraine and Russia would hold a meeting in Israel on January 23.

On January 23-24, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will pay a working visit to the State of Israel in order to participate in commemorative events at the Holocaust World Forum dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp.

As we reported, Volodymyr Zelensky has started the working visit to Switzerland, where he will participate in the annual session of the World Economic Forum.
