"President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has begun a working visit to the State of Israel. The President will take part in the Fifth World Holocaust Remembrance Forum dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp," the statement reads.
The program of the visit also includes negotiations with Israel’s leadership and a meeting with representatives of Israeli business circles.
"Putin does not plan any bilateral meetings in Jerusalem with leaders of other states (and there will be more than 40 there). The program of the visit is so eventful that there is no time for this. Requests for communication were received, including Zelensky's. Due to the busy schedule, long-term contacts are hardly possible," Yuriy Ushakov, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, stated.
