President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleg Ustenko his part-time counselor. The respective decree No.330/2019 is published at the website of the head of the state.
Ustenko, the Executive Director of the Blazer Foundation is a famous expert in financial policy.
Under the decree No.328/2019, Oleksiy Honcharuk became another Deputy Head of Presidential Administration. Honcharuk is PhD in law, an expert in investments in real estate sector in Ukraine and the former managing partner at Constructive Lawyers.
Earlier, Zelensky appointed several Deputy Heads of Presidential Administration. May 21, he appointed Andriy Bohdan the head of Administration. Bohdan previously served as Volodymyr Zelensky's counselor for legal issues; he also used to be the lawyer of Ihor Kolomoysky, the Ukrainian oligarch famous for his business ties to Zelensky.
The President also appointed Ruslan Khomchak the new Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces.
