President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed ambassadors to Panama and Belize, which are the most popular offshore states. The appropriate decree is posted on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Zelensky re-appointed Ambassador to the United Mexican States Oksana Dramaretska as an Ambassador to Panama, Belize, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.

The head of the state dismissed Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Brazil Rostyslav Tronenko, Ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan and co-ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Vasyl Servatiuk, Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt Yevhen Mykytenko, Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania Volodymyr Yakovsky.

"According to Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Art. 29 of the Law "On the Diplomatic Service of Ukraine" to accept the resignation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Armenia Kuleba Ivan Dmytrovych," the presidential decree № 515 reads.

By Decree № 516, the President appointed Ambassador to Kenya Andriy Pravednyk Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Rwanda, and by Decree № 521 he appointed Ambassador of Nigeria Kirdor Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cameroon.

Less than a week ago, another part of the offshore dossier was collected by journalists from all over the world. The new dossier also includes representatives of Ukraine. In particular, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and his entourage.
