President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the second question for the all-Ukrainian poll, which will take place on October 25 - it concerns the creation of a free economic zone in Donbas. Zelensky announced this on his Facebook page.

"Question number two. Do you support the creation of a free economic zone in Donbas?" Zelensky said.

It is worth noting that the first question that Zelensky intends to include in the all-Ukrainian poll is about the introduction of life imprisonment for corruption on a large scale.

As we reported earlier, according to the Office of the President of Ukraine, the above-mentioned poll is not going to have any legal consequences.

"The nationwide poll proposed by the President will give every citizen an opportunity to express what is really important for our society so that public opinion can be attested at the state level without its adjustment by various ‘experts’ and politicians with more than 20 years of experience in manipulating people's expectations. That is, the state asks direct questions to society and receives direct answers without intermediaries," the statement said.
