The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov is confirmed that the statement of the leader of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko about the creation of Malorossiya is the argument for adoption of the draft law on the de-occupation of Donbas in Ukraine. The press service of the NSDC reported this.
Also, Turchynov claimed that the creation of Malorossiya is one more evidence of the aggressive plans of the Russian president Vladimir Putin and his unwillingness to settle the Donbas Conflict by the peaceful means.
‘This is the perverse mess that was written in Kremlin and was announced by the masked clowns as Zakharchenko and it is the evidence of the will of the Moscow’s strategists to renew the promotion of the military aggression to the West, involving the new regions of Ukraine to the crimson grindstones’, he claimed.
The NSDC Secretary is confirmed ‘The destiny of the project Malorossiya-17 will be the same as the destiny of Novorossiya-14 or any other –rossiya of Putin format’.
The leader of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Alexander Zakharchenko claimed about the creation of the new state Malorossiya.
According to him, ‘Donetsk will be the capital of Malorossiya and Kyiv remains as the historical and cultural center without the status of the capital city’. LNR will also join the pseudo-formation. The LPR militants denied participation in Malorossiya creation.
Zakharchenko also added that the state of emergency should be implemented in the state for three years. He also noted that the situation in Donbas achieved the stalemate and ‘such knot is tied that is impossible to cut’.
The Ukrainian Trilateral Contact Group will raise the issue of the claim of the leader of DPR Alexander Zakharchenko about the creation of the new state Malorossiya at the Minsk Talks on July 19.
The Appeal Court of Kyiv permitted to detain and arrest Zakharchenko. At the moment he has the status of the suspect in the criminal proceeding under the part I, article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
