Yanukovych can not be interrogated due to absence of video conferencing system

Soviet District Court of Rostov-on-Don (Russia) refused to conduct interrogation of ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the former commander of the Interior Troops of Ukraine Stanislav Shulyak in videoconferencing format. This was announced by Assistant Chairman of the court Artur Maslov, Interfax reports.

"We received a court order on interrogation of Yanukovych and Shulyak in videoconference However, such questioning can not be: in the court there is no technical possibility - no format. In addition, the court orders did not specify the residential addresses of Viktor Yanukovych and Stanislav Shulyak", Maslov said.

He said that the response to a letter rogatory was sent to Kyiv.
