The official White House representative announced that US President Donald Trump is not going take it to the Supreme Court and appeal the decision, which banned his order on prohibiting the entry of citizens from seven countries with mostly Muslim population. According to the spokesman, there are several options to solve it – starting from amending the current decree to issuing a new one.

Donald Trump himself confirmed that he is assessing the possibility of signing the new order with limitations. He informed journalists on his way to Florida. He said he was sure in his success in court regarding migration order. However, he noted that also has other variants, signing “a brand new order” being one of them, according to Associated Press.

“We will win that battle,” Trump said. “The unfortunate part is that it takes time statutorily, but we will win that battle. We also have a lot of other options, including just filing a brand-new order.”
