The rally called “Watch on Bankova” (Varta na Bankoviy) began on Sunday evening in the center of Kyiv, near the Presidential Office on Bankova St. Its purpose is to warn Volodymyr Zelensky about the inadmissibility of concessions to Russia to the detriment of the national interests of Ukraine during Normandy talks on Monday in Paris. Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reports this.
In front of the Presidential Office building, several thousand people gathered an hour after the official start of the rally. Now people continue to approach. Judging by the symbols, there were representatives of political parties and nationalist organizations, as well as civic activists, as well as people without any distinctive attributes other than state flags.

According to the audience, they went to the walls of the President’s Office demanding Zelensky not to allow the surrender of Ukraine’s national interests during the Normandy Four summit on December 9. The organizers of the action, representatives of the “No surrender” movement, said that they plan to spend the night under the President’s Office and stay there until the end of the Paris summit.
Currently, the protesters are setting up tents near the building and mounting a stage from which, according to the organizers, it is planned to show Ukrainian films, give lectures and listen to musicians and singers.
