U.S. special envoy in Ukraine Kurt Volker and Russian presidential counselor Vladislav Surkov could meet this week. The place is either Geneva or Vienna. The Associated Press reported that with reference to U.S. diplomatic sources. The parties have not yet defined the time and place of the meeting.
