As you can tell, this year has passed, but this is not Ukraine's problem, unfortunately, it is a problem of one or another negotiator, whose position is quite destructive as for the Trilateral Contract Group, and for the Normandy format, I am talking about Russia. In this regard, the parliament will also be ready to join the process," said the official.
Razumkov also noted that a change in the dynamics in terms of economic development would be among the challenges that awaited Ukraine in 2021.
As we reported earlier, Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin's Press-Secretary, said that a next summit in the Normandy format could be held after reviewing the level of implementation of the Paris Agreements.
