Today, on October 5, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to consider the bill on the State Budget for 2021. This is evidenced by the parliament’s agenda for November 5.

MPs will decide on changes to the Budget Code, and then on the bill № 4000 “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021”.

The parliament will also consider bills on partial unemployment assistance for the quarantine period, on social protection of the population during the quarantine period, and on deferment of conscription of certain categories of citizens.

Bills on the principles of state anti-corruption policy for 2020-2024 on parliamentary control have been submitted for the first reading.

The parliament also plans to consider a number of ratifications, including amendments to the agreement between Ukraine and Belarus on international road connection.

As we reported earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has improved the inflation rate forecast until the end of this year - from 4.7 to 4.1 percent. However, the next year's rate forecast has worsened - from 5.5. to 6.5 percent.
