The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has supported bill № 3985 on ensuring the gradual establishment of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System (UJITS) in the first reading. 250 MPs voted for the relevant draft law.

The bill envisages amendments to the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, and the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice".
It is assumed that the creation and maintenance of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System will be carried out gradually.
