As we reported earlier, on June 18, the Ukrainian parliament supported draft law No.3612 "On People's Rule", filed by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the bill, what was agreed on during the referendum may be changed via the nationwide referendum - not sooner than three years since it was passed. No state authority should approve the referendum's results.

Members of the referendum will be able to discuss following issues: changes to certain chapters of the Basic Law (Chapters 1, 3 and 13 - basic provisions, elections and referendums, and changes to Constitution, respectively); an issue of nation-wide meaning; approval of the law about ratification of an international agreement that foresees changes of the territory of Ukraine; canceling a law or certain provision of this law.
