In addition, the committee will consider the appointment of Vadym Prystayko to the post of Foreign Minister and discuss further steps in connection with the failure of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Earlier, President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed a letter of dismissal of Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin from the post and made a submission for the appointment of Vadym Prystayko.
The Minister admitted that his office had the authority to send the answer without consulting the President.
According to him, the Ukrainian note demands that Russia live up to the decision of the international tribunal to release the Ukrainian sailors. He said that the document contained no political issues.
"I do not comment on emotions. I see that I have tactical and strategic differences in terms of counteracting Russian aggression... So, in these conditions, I don't think I can help anymore", Klimkin said when answering why would he choose not to inform Zelensky - perhaps due to dissidence between them.
