US Vice President Mike Pence on Sunday, April 16, being in South Korea with a working visit, called the test missile launch on the east coast of North Korea a provocation from the side of DPRK, the Independent reports.
"This morning provocation from the north is only the last reminder of the risks. Each of you daily stands on the defense of the freedom of South Korean people and the defense of America in this part of the world," said Mike Pence.
Pence arrived in Seoul the day after the celebration of "Day of the Sun" in the DPRK, his visit will last 10 days. In addition to the main theme of security and peace, during the visit "free and fair trade" will also be discussed.
It is noted that the test was made near Sinpo city in Hamgyong Province.
