Mike Pompeo, the U.S. Secretary of State, went to Pyongyang to prepare the Democratic People’s Republic to the summit of Donald Trump, the U.S. President, and Kim Jong-un, the leader of North Korea, as CNN reports.
“The location is picked, the time and date, everything is picked and we look forward to having a great success,” Trump stated.
They are to discuss three American citizens, who are illegally kept in North Korea as prisoners.
This is the second visit of the U.S. Secretary of State. Last month Pompeo paid a secret visit to North Korea, which mass media found out about. He met with Kim Jong-un and discussed the detail of the coming summit.
