The United States is ready to join the Norman format or provide support in parallel. This was announced by US Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland at the YES Brainstorming conference in Kyiv, Radio Svoboda reports.
“We are ready to re-participate in any form - in the Normandy format or again in parallel support, if the parties see a way in which we can help,” she said.
Nuland also noted the recent meeting of advisers to the presidents of Ukraine and Russia, as well as advisers to the presidents of France and Germany. According to her, "if this process revives, we are ready to help."
Earlier, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that the United States is ready to do everything to help Ukraine end the war in Donbas and ensure sustainable security.
On September 1, in Washington, in the Oval Office of the White House, a meeting was held between US President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
