'The first group is the major enterprisers that work with the Kremlin on the aggressive actions abroad such as the command of the mercenaries in Ukraine, Syria or promotion of the disinformation of cyber-war. The second group is the close friend of Putin identified by Boris Nemtsov and Vladimir Milov in the numerous reports. The third category is their children that got the impressive wealth and top leadership posts. The fourth category concerns the close friends of Putin that keep his significant wealth as we know from Russian Forbes or Panama Papers. The fifth one concerns the major businessmen that earned a lot from the direct business with the Kremlin and that own the companies along with Putin's allies or the businessmen that serve as the front for the Kremlin leaders', Aslund claimed.
