The U.S. Federal Register is about to release the document, which introduces sanctions against twelve Russian companies, which act against the U.S. national interests. The paper, which contains 18 pages is to appear on the Federal Register's website on September 26. The restrictions are supposed to take effect on the same day.
The Russian enterprises that appeared on the list lose the legal access to U.S. goods and technologies; if anyone would like to sell the company from this list some goods of the U.S. origins, the U.S. Treasury of the State will not provide the license for supplies.
This, in fact, leads to the ban of supplying any goods or program products of the U.S. origin, which fall under the rules of export control in the United States of America. The rules ban re-exporting and passing Russia such goods; that is, all companies are obliged to obey these limitations - regardless the country, where the goods were sent from - as long the products originate from the U.S.
