The US Justice Department says it has no plans to hold meetings with the fugitive deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko. This was stated by the Ministry of Justice of the US, "Interfax-Ukraine" reported.

"Under normal circumstances, the United States Department of Justice and US law enforcement agencies are ready to meet with people who claim to have evidence of violations of US laws. But the fact of such a meeting is not an indication that such violations have taken place or that the person’s information was believed to be accurate. Although the Department of Justice does not usually comment on such meetings, but in the light of Onyshchenko’s decision to speak publicly on the subject, we can say that the US Justice Department has no plans to conduct further meetings with Onyshchenko," it was said in a statement of the US Department of Justice.
