The Administration of the US President Donald Trump submitted the list of the organizations connected with Russia to the Congress and it will consider the imposing of new sanctions against them as The New York Times reported.
The newspaper published the supposed list. It includes the Federal Security Service (FSB), Main Intelligence Service (GRU) and Foreign Intelligence Service.
Moreover, 33 enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Russia are on the list. There are 'Rosoboronexport', 'Rosteh', 'Kalashnikov', 'MiG' and others.
The workers of the Trump administration claimed that 'this list is not the imposition of the sanctions but rather the estimation of the organizations and persons that are the part of the defense sector or intelligence of Russia or work on behalf of it'.
Also, the officials claimed that the official decision on the sanctions will be made in the future.
Earlier it was reported that the State Secretary of State Rex Tillerson approved the list of the persons and organization connected with the Russian intelligence and military-industrial complex that will face the sanctions.
The EU Council extended the targeted sanctions against the officials from Russia, militants of the illegal military formation and juridical persons involved in the aggression against Ukraine in Crimea and Donbas for six months. These measures provide the freeze of the assets and ban for the trips.
