US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said that President Donald Trump did not forbid his diplomats to "attack Russia." She said this in an interview with ABC.

"The president never called me and said: "Do not attack Russia. He never called to specify what to say," she said.

Answering the question whether Donald Trump himself should criticize the actions of the Russian authorities, Haley said that the president "has a lot to do," so she would criticize.

We recall, in her first interview as US Ambassador to the UN, Nikki Haley said that the Russian threat should not be taken lightly.

Earlier the U.S. President Donald Trump calls to investigate contacts of his election opponent Hillary Clinton with Russia in response to the announcements on his family ties with the Russian Federation.
